sportbet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following conditions apply to the use of these benefits:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Up to 150% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive a bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user one time only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — once it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting on the sportbet platform.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is proven, the account in question may be closed.
• sportbet reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The sportbet VIP program has five tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. Details on how VIP tier changes work will be communicated separately.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on the sportbet platform:

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, it will be considered cancelled.
• If evidence of manipulation or misconduct in betting is found, the related winnings will be forfeited.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person from one account is prohibited.

6.2 Game Results

• Ensuring the security of the account is the user's own responsibility.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

sportbet follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. sportbet reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of suspicious transactions.

• Attempting to deposit funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• The same person may not transfer funds through multiple accounts.
• Unusually large transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Account Suspension and Closure

sportbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, if the account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, bonus funds may be forfeited.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing the account.
